How long we retain the data

Ordinary enquiries are retained for no longer than 12 months after the last communication, unless the communication leads to a contractual relationship or the law requires a longer retention period.

The controller and necessary technical infrastructure providers may access the data. We do not sell personal data or use it for unsolicited marketing communications.
